Delete your Appvise account

This page explains how to delete the account you use with the appvise mobile app and the Appvise web service, operated by LefamTech, Lda. Deletion is permanent: your account, the workspaces you own, and the apps, records, and files in them cannot be recovered afterwards.

Delete from the mobile app

Open the appvise app, tap your avatar to open Profile, then choose Delete Account under the Account section. You will be asked to confirm it's you with a fresh sign-in in the browser before deletion completes.

Delete from the web

Sign in at app.appvise.ai/settings/profile and use Delete account.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email privacy@appvise.ai from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your account and profile, your personal workspace, and the apps, database records, files, and images stored in workspaces that are removed with it.
• If you are the last owner of a shared workspace, you will be asked to transfer ownership or delete that workspace first.
• Kept: billing and transaction records we are legally required to retain, for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You can delete individual apps, records, files, and images from within Appvise at any time, or ask us at privacy@appvise.ai to remove specific data while keeping your account.
