How does a technician open the app on their phone?
They sign in on their phone and the apps you built are there. You can also scan a QR code from the builder to open one straight away. A change you publish is live the moment you publish it, so fixing a field on a form takes minutes.
What happens when a site has no coverage?
Capture keeps working and the record is stored on the device, then syncs when a connection comes back. The technician finishes the job on the screen in front of them, and the office has it as soon as there is signal.
Can the office see the photos?
Yes. Photos upload with the job and stay attached to the row they belong to, so opening the job at the office opens the evidence with it. Nobody forwards anything.
