Can I change what we track later?
Yes. Ask for the field, the location, or the view you want and the app changes. Every change is a version you can preview before it goes live and restore if you prefer what you had, so adjusting the process costs an afternoon.
Can it tell me when something runs low?
A low-stock view lists everything under its reorder point, and it is correct every time you open it. You can also send an email the moment a movement takes an item under the line, using an email service you connect.
Can two people count at the same time?
Yes. Each movement is its own row against the item, so two people recording at once do not overwrite each other the way two people in one spreadsheet do.
