Run daily checklists on site — tick items, attach photo evidence, sign off.
Paper checklists get lost, photographed badly, and re-typed into a spreadsheet a week later. Field Checklist gives your crew the same routine on their phone — and hands you the finished record the moment it's signed.
Today shows each person only the checklists assigned to them, with a progress bar per job so half-finished work is obvious at a glance. Open a checklist and the crew works down the list: tap to tick an item, attach a photo as evidence, add a note when something needs explaining. When the last item is done, the sign-off screen captures the signer's name and closes the job with a timestamp.
Both tables are sync-enabled, so work continues in a basement, a stockroom, or a site with one bar of signal — entries are saved on the device and pushed up as soon as there's a connection. Nobody has to remember what they filled in.
What you get the moment you clone it:
checklists — title, site, assignee, due date, status, and who signed off when.checklist_items — label, done, photo evidence, and a note, each linked to its parent checklist. It fits opening and closing routines, safety and compliance walks, installation and service visits, delivery inspections, cleaning rounds, and equipment checks — anywhere the same steps repeat and someone has to prove they happened.
Then make it yours. Rename the checklists to match your own procedures, add the fields your auditor asks for — temperature, meter reading, serial number — or ask the assistant for a weekly summary screen. No code required.
