Know what you actually have on the shelf

Most small teams run stock in a spreadsheet that one person owns. Counts drift, nobody knows who took the last box, and you find out you're out of something when a customer asks for it. Inventory Log replaces that spreadsheet with a shared, signed-in app your whole team can use from a phone in the stockroom or a laptop at the counter.

What you get

• An item list built for scanning. SKU, name, location, quantity on hand, and reorder point in one dense table. Rows below their reorder point are highlighted, and a single toggle filters the list down to just those items.
• A movement log that keeps counts honest. Every receipt and every issue is recorded as an in or out movement with a quantity and a short note, and the item's on-hand figure is updated in the same action. You get today's number and the history that explains it.
• A low-stock screen you can order from. Items under their reorder point, sorted by the biggest shortfall, with the suggested quantity to bring each one back to par.
• Per-item detail. Open any item to edit its SKU, name, location, or reorder point, log a correction, and read its full movement history newest-first.

Shared by default, private to your team

End-user sign-in ships switched on: email and password, magic link, and Continue with Google. Everyone who signs in works from the same stock figures, so the receiving desk and the front counter never disagree. Access is enforced on the server, not in the browser.

Clone it, sign up, load your items, and start logging movements the same afternoon. Rename fields, add a supplier column, or wire in a purchase-order screen whenever you outgrow the starting point.
