A help desk that fits your support process

A shared inbox is not a queue.

Requests arrive by email, by chat, and by somebody stopping you in the corridor. Two people reply to the same message and one of them contradicts the other. Nothing has an owner, so the hard ticket quietly belongs to nobody. When the same question arrives for the fourth time, there is no record it was ever answered, only somebody who vaguely remembers.

Every request becomes a ticket with an owner.

Appvise builds a tickets table with requester, priority, owner, and status. Requests come in through a form on your domain or get raised by your team, and each one lands in a queue with a name against it. An agent sees what is assigned to them and a manager sees the whole board. Replies and internal notes attach to the ticket, so the history sits on the record instead of in a mailbox.

What gets built

A tickets table with requester, priority, owner, and status
A submission form your users reach without an account
A queue view filtered to the agent looking at it
Notes and attachments on the ticket, screenshots included
Charts of open volume, ageing, and what closed this week
Roles so a requester sees their own tickets and agents see all

Perguntas

How do people raise a ticket?

Through a form on your own domain that they reach without an account. Each submission lands in the queue as a row with a priority and an owner, and an email can go to the agent at the moment it is assigned, using an email service you connect.

What happens as the support team grows?

You add accounts and give them roles. Each agent opens a queue filtered to them, a manager reads the whole board, and the rules deciding who sees what are checked on the server every time.

Can customers see their own tickets?

Yes, if you want that. Customers sign in and per-table rules limit them to the rows they raised, which turns the status chase into something they can check without writing to you again.
